ATLANTA, GA – October 7, 2026 (STL.News) Twenty people have been indicted on federal firearms and drug charges following a sweeping Georgia investigation involving three alleged shipping-facility burglaries in which 1,486 firearms were stolen, undercover purchases of allegedly stolen guns and searches that produced large quantities of illegal drugs, according to federal authorities. A federal grand jury returned six separate indictments on Sept. 23, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia.
